How It Works
Group Coaching
Each group has one zoom meeting per month, facilitated by experienced mentors in Flower Essence Therapy. All sessions recorded for on-demand viewing if you can’t make the session.
Online Community
Participate in our private discussion group to stay connected with us, each other and to continue the work (also an optional way to participate if you can’t or prefer not to attend live).
Mentor Access
Within the structure of the group meetings and the online community, you have access to our deep experience in Flower Essence Therapy for clients, animals, and self, plus running a business.

Ruth Toledo Altschuler
In practice for more than three decades, Ruth has a unique combination of experience unparalleled in the field, being often called to mentor and inspire other practitioners.
Originating from Brazil, Ruth was instrumental in developing flower essence therapy as a widely accepted modality in that country.
From two previous careers, Ruth has experienced iterations of successful rebuilding of her work and practice.

Kathleen Aspenns
As an Essence Researcher and Producer, Kathleen developed the Flora of Asia line of flower essences from herbal plants used in Chinese Medicine and cultivated in California.
She holds a degree in Horticulture Science, and also works with horses as a Tellington TTouch Method Equine Practitioner.
In her private practice of 17 years, Kathleen helps animals and the people who love them with trauma-informed Flower Essence Therapy.

Rochana Felde

Ro has an extensive background in information technology and business operations from startups to Fortune 500s, and has launched a variety of her own businesses.

In this work, no two client cases are the same.
Every client is a new experience and opportunity for us to grow as practitioners. Having a sounding board to talk about client cases will help beginners gain confidence and mature practitioners benefit from seeing how other experienced practitioners work.
With the endless variety of client situations, practitioner niches, and vibrational essences to choose from, there’s always something to learn.

The truth is, the public still needs to be educated about Flower Essence Therapy.
The field of Flower Essence Therapy is particularly challenging because it’s not well known.
It requires us to creatively communicate our work and our offerings, so that we can meet people where they are and help our modality become better known and established.
This means that in order to attract clients, it’s more important than ever to get super clear about our ideal audience and niche.
It’s extremely helpful to hear what others are doing — what’s working and what’s not in a rapidly changing landscape.
Business guidance in the unique context of a flower essence therapy practice is not something you’ll find elsewhere.

It’s true, most of us get into flower essences and flower essence therapy to work on ourselves.

What insights can the Animal Case group give me?
Working with animals helps you develop and refine your skills in case taking and animal observation.
Because animals can’t talk to us and tell us what’s wrong, we have to know what questions to ask the carer and how to interpret what the animal is doing. Through case discussions we explore the “why” behind behavior so that we can select essences more accurately.
Animals provide a unique opportunity to observe how essences work in real time.
We know when we see an animal respond to flower essences that it’s not due to the placebo effect. We learn so much about how the essences work just by watching how animals respond to them, and this can help clarify our work with people as well.

You can cancel anytime, but to get the most benefit and to maintain the integrity and continuity of the groups, we ask that you commit to at least 3 sequential months at a time, preferably 6.

Q. Are there any prerequisites?
For the Client and Animal Case groups you’re expected to have gone through flower essence practitioner training, whether from our school or another, as this group doesn’t replace that training.
The Business Building group is for those who have a business practice or are beginning one.
For the Soul Circle group you’re expected to have basic flower essence training, whether from our school or another, as this group doesn’t replace that training.
Q. How long is enrollment open?
We’ll keep enrollment open-ended until the groups get to a certain size, at which time we may need to limit enrollment. This means that you can join anytime, however, we can’t guarantee enrollment will always be available every month. If that happens we’ll put you on a waiting list for the next open slot.
Q. How do I attend and participate?
Upon registration you’ll get access to our online community and group portal which contains the meeting information and Zoom links. You’ll also be sent reminder emails in advance of the meeting, and recordings of the meetings will be uploaded within 24 hours. You can access the community space and portal 24/7 during for as long as you have an active subscription.
Q. Am I locked into a subscription? What happens if I cancel?
While we hope you’ll make a dedicated commitment to attend for 3-6 months, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you won’t be billed for future months. Upon cancellation or non-payment you’ll immediately lose access to the community and the recordings.
Q. What is your return policy?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and you won’t be billed for future months.

Q. How long will I have access to the recordings and resources?
You can access the community space and recordings 24/7 as long as you have an active subscription.
